🔄 返品・交換 ｜Returns & Exchanges

【日本語】
商品到着後 14日以内 にご連絡いただいた場合、返品を承ります。

返品条件：
・未使用・未着用であること
・すべてのタグ・元の梱包が揃っていること
・返品送料はお客様負担
・返金時に 商品代金の8% を返品手数料として差し引きます

【重要】
返送先住所は返品承認後、メールにてご案内いたします。
営業所住所への直接返送はお受けできませんので、必ず事前にご連絡ください。

【不良品・誤配送】
商品到着後 48時間以内 に写真を添えてご連絡ください。

【交換について】
現在、交換サービスは行っておりません。
サイズ・色違いをご希望の場合は、返品後に再注文をお願いいたします。

We accept returns if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• An 8% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund

Important:
The return shipping address will be provided via email after your return is approved.
Returns sent directly to our business address cannot be accepted.

Defective or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges.
Please return the item and place a new order.
